  • 300g Short Cut Pasta (Fusilli)
  • 370g Canned Tuna (drained)
  • 100g Baby Plum Tomatoes (halved)
  • 100g Cucumber (sliced & quartered)
  • 75g Kalamata Olives (halved)
  • 60g Greek Feta (crumbled)
  • 60g Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 60g Mayonnaise
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • Fresh Herbs: Parsley & Dill

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a bowl, mix yogurt, mayonnaise, olive oil, lemon juice, herbs, sugar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a larger bowl, combine cooked pasta, tuna, tomatoes, cucumber, olives, feta cheese, and onion.
  4. Pour the dressing over the mixture and toss gently until well coated.
  5. Chill or serve immediately.
