  • 8 oz mozzarella pearls

  • 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 34 garlic cloves (minced)
  • ¾ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. While the tortellini cooks, chop the spinach, halve the cherry tomatoes, and mince the garlic.
  3. Once cooked, drain the tortellini and rinse briefly under cool water.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cooked tortellini with spinach, tomatoes, mozzarella pearls, basil, and garlic.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar; season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss well until evenly coated.
