  • 1/2 cup strawberry compote (or 1/4 cup jam)
  • 3 tbsp icing sugar (or powdered Erythritol)

Instructions

  1. If making homemade strawberry compote, prepare it first and allow it to cool. Rinse, hull, and slice the fresh strawberries.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the dairy-free yogurt with icing sugar or Erythritol and stir until well blended.
  3. Begin layering by adding a few tablespoons of granola into glasses or jars, followed by sliced strawberries and a layer of yogurt. Top with strawberry compote.
  4. Repeat the layering process once more and finish with halved strawberries on top for presentation.
