  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp baking powder

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix sliced strawberries with brown sugar and let sit for about 10 minutes.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add melted butter and mix until crumbly.
  4. Press half the oat mixture into the bottom of the prepared dish. Spread strawberry filling on top and sprinkle remaining oat mixture over it.
