  • 2 bell peppers (cut into chunks)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Steak: In a resealable container, combine the marinade with cubed sirloin steak. Coat well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare Skewers: If using wooden skewers, soak them in water.
  3. Preheat Smoker: Set your smoker to 250°F according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  4. Assemble Kabobs: Remove steak from marinade and assemble skewers by alternating pieces of steak, onion, cherry tomatoes, olives, mushrooms, and bell peppers.
