  • 1 approx 15 ounce red velvet cake mix
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 ounces cream cheese, very soft
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×9” baking pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the red velvet cake mix, softened butter, and egg. Mix until a thick dough forms.
  3. Press two-thirds of the dough into the bottom of the prepared pan and sprinkle white chocolate chips on top.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together softened cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Pour over the chocolate chip layer.
  5. Roll remaining dough into small balls and distribute them over the filling layer. Bake for 28-30 minutes until slightly browned on top.
  6. Allow to cool completely before slicing into squares.
