  • 1/2 cup chickpeas, canned or cooked
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes

  • chili powder or smoked paprika
  • salt
  • pepper
  • optional: olive oil or lemon juice

Instructions

  2. Slice the avocado and cherry tomatoes, dice the cucumber and red onion. Rinse canned chickpeas under cold water.
