  • ¾ cup chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil (melted)
  • 6 tablespoons pistachio butter
  • Sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil. Melt in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  3. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the melted chocolate into each liner, spreading it up the sides. Freeze for 10 minutes.
  4. Add 1 tablespoon of pistachio butter on top of the hardened chocolate layer and smooth it out evenly. Freeze again for another 10 minutes.
  5. Top each with another tablespoon of melted chocolate, smoothing it out before sprinkling with sea salt if desired. Freeze for an additional 10-20 minutes until set.
