Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter
  • 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • One 8-ounce can crushed pineapple (well-drained)
  • 1/2 cup halved maraschino cherries
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut flakes
  • Two-thirds of a 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8-by-8-inch baking pan with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter for about 1 minute until fully liquid.
  3. Mix graham cracker crumbs into the melted butter until evenly coated.
  4. Press the crumb mixture into the prepared baking pan using a spatula.
  5. Layer on the drained crushed pineapple, halved cherries, white chocolate chips, and shredded coconut.
  6. Drizzle sweetened condensed milk over all layers.
  7. Bake for 30 to 34 minutes until lightly golden around the edges. Tent with foil if necessary to avoid burning the coconut.
  8. Cool on a wire rack for at least two hours before slicing into bars.
