  • 1 box instant Oreo Cookies 'n Cream pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream (reduced-fat)
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • About 20 Oreo cookies (8 whole, remainder coarsely chopped)
  • 1 cup milk or semi-sweet chocolate chips (for ganache)
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream (for ganache)
  • 3 tablespoons butter (for ganache)
  • 1 box instant Oreo Cookies 'n Cream pudding mix (for frosting)
  • 3/4 cup cold milk (for frosting)
  • 18 oz. container whipped topping (thawed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine chocolate cake mix, Oreo pudding mix, eggs, sour cream, and vegetable oil; mix until combined.
  3. Fold in the chopped Oreo cookies gently.
  4. Pour half of the batter into the prepared bundt pan; place whole Oreos evenly on top, then pour remaining batter over them.
  5. Bake for about 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool in the pan for 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  7. For ganache, melt chocolate chips, heavy cream, and butter in a saucepan until smooth; set aside to cool slightly.
  8. For frosting, whisk together pudding mix and cold milk until thickened; fold in whipped topping until well combined.
  9. Once the cake is cooled, drizzle ganache over the top and frost as desired.
