  • 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 2 poblano peppers
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 pound short cut pasta
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium-high heat, melt butter. Add cubed chicken and Cajun seasoning; cook for about 5 minutes until no longer pink. Remove and set aside.
