  • 1/2 cup Whole Milk
  • 1 tsp Dried Lavender
  • 1 Earl Grey Tea Bag
  • 2 cups Heavy Cream (cold)
  • 12 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • Purple Food Coloring (optional)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste or Extract

Instructions

  1. Heat whole milk in a saucepan until simmering. Divide into two bowls.
  2. In one bowl, add dried lavender and purple food coloring; in the other, steep the Earl Grey tea bag and mix in vanilla.
  3. Cover bowls with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2-3 hours until cool.
  4. Remove tea bag and strain lavender from the milk mixtures.
  5. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold in sweetened condensed milk.
  6. Combine whipped cream with each infused milk separately until just blended.
  7. Layer both mixtures in a loaf pan and swirl together. Freeze for at least 6 hours.
