Transform your leftover steak into a hearty Keto Steak Marinara that’s both satisfying and quick to prepare! This delicious dish combines tender beef with a rich marinara sauce, making it perfect for busy weeknights or meal prep.

  • 1 lb sliced pre-cooked steak
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach leaves
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons garlic paste or minced garlic
  • 1 cup low-carb marinara sauce or tomato sauce
  • 1 cup canned diced tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and slice the leftover steak thinly for even heating.
  2. Combine the steak, onion, spinach, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, garlic, marinara sauce, and diced tomatoes in a gallon-sized freezer bag.
  3. Seal the bag tightly by removing excess air and store flat in the freezer if not cooking immediately.
  4. When ready to cook, thaw the bag overnight in the refrigerator.
  5. Add all contents from the bag to your Instant Pot. Secure the lid and set the vent to seal; pressure cook on high for 7 minutes.
  6. Release pressure by turning the knob to venting and serve over low-carb noodles or cauliflower rice.
