  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 8 low-carb tortillas
  • Avocado oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, chopped spinach, shredded cheese, sour cream, and salsa; mix until well blended.
