- 1 pound sirloin steak (cut into 1 ½-inch cubes)
- 1 pound large shrimp (de-veined, shells removed)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon parsley (finely chopped, more for topping)
- 1 small lemon (zested)
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt (divided)
- Make the Garlic Butter: In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, lemon zest, and salt.
