  • 1 pound large shrimp (de-veined, shells removed)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon parsley (finely chopped, more for topping)
  • 1 small lemon (zested)
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt (divided)

Instructions

  1. Make the Garlic Butter: In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, lemon zest, and salt.
  2. Prepare the Kabobs: In a large bowl, toss cubed steak and shrimp with olive oil and half the salt. Thread steak and shrimp onto skewers.
