  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup evaporated milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture along with whole milk until smooth.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. While the cake bakes, mix together sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and heavy cream.
  7. After baking, poke holes in the cake and pour the milk mixture over it to soak.
  8. Chill for at least two hours before serving topped with fresh mango pieces.
