  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 + 3/4 cup cornflake cereal
  • 1 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over medium-low heat, combine peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Heat for 2-4 minutes until smooth.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl with cornflake cereal and stir until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into logs (12-14) on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for 1 hour.
  4. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave or on the stove until smooth.
  5. Dip each log in melted chocolate, letting excess drip off, then return to the parchment-lined sheet and freeze until set (about 10 minutes).
