  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs or almond flour

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  2. Shape the mixture into 14 evenly sized meatballs.
  3. Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat and cook meatballs for 7–8 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and cooked through.
  4. For tzatziki, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber (drained), minced garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper in a bowl and refrigerate until serving.
  5. Serve warm meatballs topped with chilled tzatziki.
