  • 1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes (halved)
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 12 large eggs (beaten)
  • 3/4 tsp sea salt

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chicken sausage until browned. Add chopped kale and halved tomatoes, cooking until the kale wilts.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together beaten eggs and sea salt. Stir in crumbled feta cheese.
