  • 1 head lettuce, chopped
  • 4 roma tomatoes, diced
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 2.5 cups cooked chicken
  • 8.8 oz chickpea pasta
  • 1/4 red onion, finely diced
  • 3/4 cup ranch dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Cook the chickpea pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and cool.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Let cool before chopping.
  3. While the turkey bacon cools, chop the lettuce and dice the tomatoes and red onion.
