  • 1 1/3 cups boiled water
  • 23 oz. packages of vegan gelatin (Cherry and Berry Blue)
  • 1 package of unflavored vegan gelatin
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 20 maraschino cherries (drained)

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a saucepan.
  2. In separate bowls, dissolve each flavored vegan gelatin in 2/3 cup boiling water; allow to cool.
  3. In another bowl, mix ¼ cup milk with unflavored vegan gelatin; let stand for 5 minutes.
  4. Simmer the remaining milk over low heat, then stir in sugar and vanilla until dissolved.
  5. Combine the hot milk with the unflavored gelatin mixture until smooth; cool for about 10 minutes.
  6. Layer the blue jello followed by the creamy layer and then the red jello in your serving dish, allowing each layer to set before adding the next.
