  • 16 oz potato gnocchi
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 5 oz fresh spinach
  • Italian seasoning to taste
  • Smoked paprika to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Coarsely ground black pepper to taste
  • Red pepper flakes to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté crimini mushrooms with salt and pepper until browned (about 5 minutes).
  2. Add potato gnocchi to the skillet along with chicken broth. Simmer according to package instructions until soft.
  3. Reduce heat to low, stir in heavy cream, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, and fresh spinach until well combined and spinach wilts.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt, coarsely ground black pepper, or red pepper flakes as desired. Serve hot from the pan.
