  • 5 ears of corn (cut into 1-inch rounds)
  • 1 ring (13.9 ounces) kielbasa (cut into ½-inch rounds)
  • 12 medium zucchini (cut into ½-inch rounds)
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 recipe cowboy butter
  • 11 wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes, or metal skewers)

Instructions

  1. Boil baby potatoes and corn in salted water for 6-7 minutes until tender; drain.
  2. Cool in ice water, then drain again and pat dry.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the vegetables and kielbasa. Drizzle with olive oil and seasonings; toss to coat.
  4. Thread ingredients onto soaked skewers in an alternating pattern.
  5. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Clean and oil grates.
  6. Grill skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning every few minutes until cooked through.
  7. Brush with warm cowboy butter before serving.
