  • 1/2 cup Biscoff cookie butter
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Biscoff cookie butter
  • 12 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add melted butter and eggs to the yeast mixture; stir until combined.
  3. Gradually incorporate flour and salt into the mixture. Knead until smooth and elastic; let rise until doubled in size.
  4. Mix Biscoff cookie butter with ground cinnamon in a separate bowl.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick; spread filling over it evenly.
  6. Roll tightly into a log, slice into 12 pieces, and place in a greased baking dish.
  7. Cover and let rise for another 30–45 minutes until puffy.
  8. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Prepare the glaze by whisking powdered sugar with Biscoff cookie butter and milk until smooth; drizzle over warm rolls before serving.
