  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh oregano (minced)
  • Vegetables for skewering (peppers, onions, etc.)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add beef cubes to the marinade and ensure they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
