  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the pan for the crust.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time.
  4. Fold in melted white chocolate until combined.
  5. Pour mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes until edges are set; center should be slightly jiggly.
  7. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before releasing from springform.
  8. Heat strawberry jam and cream in a saucepan; drizzle over cheesecake.
  9. Top with sliced strawberries and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
