  • 45 kiwi fruit
  • 1 tsp honey (or more to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Watermelon Puree: Remove watermelon flesh from the rind, cut into chunks, and blend until smooth. You’ll need about 2 cups.
  2. Fill Molds with Watermelon Juice: Pour the watermelon puree into popsicle molds until 3/4 full, then freeze for 30 minutes.
  3. Prepare the Kiwi Puree: Peel and chop kiwi fruit, blend until smooth with honey added to taste; you’ll need about 1 cup of this puree.
  4. Complete Filling Molds: Top off each mold with kiwi puree and insert sticks. Freeze until solid (approx. 4 hours).
  5. Remove Popsicles: Soak molds in warm water briefly to loosen popsicles before serving.
