  • 1 egg

  2. Cook turkey until crispy; then crumble it. Dice pickles and cube the Swiss cheese.
  3. Combine crumbled, pickles, and cheese into the beef mixture without over-mixing.
  4. Form into meatballs using a measuring cup to ensure even size.
  5. Chill meatballs for 30-40 minutes before grilling.
  6. Preheat grill to medium-high heat; brush meatballs with olive oil before cooking.
  7. Grill meatballs for about 15 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
