  • 4 oz reduced fat Swiss cheese (sliced)
  • Whole wheat low-calorie buns
  • Fresh vegetables (tomatoes, avocado, spinach)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, olive oil, rosemary, and steak seasoning to create the marinade.
  2. Add the portobello caps to the marinade and toss gently. Let them marinate at room temperature for 20-30 minutes.
