  • 2 cups heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Prepare the crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar; press into a springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes and cool.

  4. Prepare the strawberry layer: Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water; chill until thickened, then fold in whipped topping and strawberries. Spread over cheesecake and refrigerate again for 2–3 hours.
