  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • ⅔ cup old-fashioned oats
  • ¼ cup light brown sugar
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9½ inch deep dish pie plate.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine strawberries, orange juice, and granulated sugar. Toss gently and pour into the greased baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, mix together flour, oats, brown sugar, additional granulated sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
  4. Drizzle melted butter over the dry mixture and stir until crumbly.
