  • 150g sirloin or ribeye steak
  • 2 large eggs
  • Sliced avocado
  • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • Salt & freshly cracked black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Steak: Season steak with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat. Sear steak for 2-3 minutes per side until medium-rare; let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
