  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a bundt pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper until smooth. Fold in mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, spinach, and artichokes.
  3. Roll out pizza dough on a clean surface; cut into 2-inch squares.
  4. Place filling in the center of each square and pinch edges to seal into balls.
  5. Arrange balls in the greased bundt pan.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before inverting onto a serving plate.
