  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Pecorino cheese
  • 1 unit egg (beaten)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, Pecorino cheese, beaten egg, parsley, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. 3. Form the mixture into balls about the size of golf balls and place them onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
