  • 1 Red Onion, sliced
  • 12 Honeycrisp Apples, sliced
  • 3/4 cup Apple Cider
  • 1/2 cup Chicken Broth or White Apple Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • Fresh Rosemary, chopped
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tsp Fresh Thyme
  • 4 tbsp Salted Butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  2. Season chicken thighs with onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat; sear chicken thighs until golden brown (4-5 minutes per side).
