  • 2 cups cherries (pitted and halved)
  • 1 1/3 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup Dutch process cocoa powder
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, spread cherries, sprinkle with sugar, and roast for 10 minutes.
  2. Lower oven temperature to 325°F. Prepare an 8X8 pan with non-stick spray and parchment paper.
