  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper, optional
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Peel and trim the ends of the carrots, then shred them using a grater or food processor.
