  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 5 tablespoons Traeger Fin & Feather rub
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry and drizzle with olive oil. Rub it in thoroughly.
  2. Generously sprinkle Traeger Fin & Feather rub on both sides of each breast.
  3. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
  4. Place the seasoned chicken on the smoker grill grates and smoke for about 60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. In the last 10 minutes, add a small piece of butter on top of each breast for added richness.
