  • 2 cups frozen peas (thawed)
  • 1 cup real mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 green onions (sliced)
  • 6 strips Turkey (cooked and chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook Turkey until crispy; chop into small pieces.
  2. Boil mini pasta shells according to package directions; drain and cool under cold water.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise with ranch seasoning until smooth.
  4. Add shredded cheddar cheese, sliced green onions, chopped Turkey, cooled pasta shells, and thawed peas to the dressing; gently fold until well-coated.
