  • 6 tablespoons Vegan Nutella
  • 2 medium bananas
  • 3 tablespoons dairy-free milk (for wash)
  • 2 tablespoons caster sugar
  • 1 packet dairy-free white chocolate buttons
  • 2 tablespoons icing sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out puff pastry sheets on a floured surface and cut into rectangles (4×6 inches).
  3. Spread 1 tablespoon of Vegan Nutella on one half of each rectangle; layer with thin banana slices.
  4. Fold the other half over, seal edges securely by pressing down and crimping with a fork.
  5. Brush tops with dairy-free milk and sprinkle with caster sugar.
  6. Bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Once cooled slightly, melt dairy-free white chocolate buttons and drizzle over pies to create 'bandages,' then dust with icing sugar.
