  • 2 cups dry rotini pasta
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Gather and prep all ingredients: chop sun-dried tomatoes and onion, mince garlic.
  2. In a large pot over medium heat, sauté onion and garlic until soft and lightly browned, about 3–5 minutes.
  3. Add chopped sun-dried tomatoes and basil; stir for about a minute.
  4. Mix in tomato paste and cook for another minute before adding shredded chicken and chicken broth.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer; season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  6. Add dry rotini pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
