  • 3/4 cup walnuts or pecans

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Sift together flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl; set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Add maple syrup and mix well.
  4. Incorporate eggs one at a time, then add mashed bananas and vanilla extract.
