  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 12 oz shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef with garlic and onion powder for about 5–7 minutes. Drain excess grease and transfer to a casserole dish.
  3. Stir in the cooked turkey bacon evenly over the meat.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and three-quarters of the cheddar cheese. Pour this mixture over the meat and turkey bacon layer.
  5. Top with remaining cheese.
  6. Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden and bubbly.
