  • 20 ounces crushed pineapple with juice
  • 16 ounces whipped topping (reserve 4 ounces for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, dissolve the lemon jello in boiling water and set aside to cool for about 20 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, blend softened cream cheese and crushed pineapple using a hand mixer.
  3. Once the jello mixture has cooled, slowly add it to the cream cheese and pineapple mixture while mixing on low speed.
  4. Fold in 12 ounces of whipped topping until well combined.
  5. Pour into a serving bowl or pan, cover, and chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours.
  6. Before serving, top with reserved whipped topping and fresh berries if desired.
