  • 6 grams salt
  • 170 grams sliced turkey pepperoni
  • 170 grams sliced turkey slices
  • 200 grams shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 50 grams grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 small green bell pepper, thinly sliced (optional)
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced (optional)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 egg
  • 15 milliliters water (for egg wash)
  • Marinara sauce, for serving

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the yeast and sugar in warm water; let it froth.
  2. Mix flour and salt in a bowl; add the yeast mixture and olive oil to form dough.
  3. Knead on a floured surface until smooth (8–10 minutes).
  4. Let the dough rise in an oiled bowl covered with a cloth until doubled (60–90 minutes).
  5. Prepare fillings by slicing meats and vegetables; mix garlic with Italian seasoning.
  6. Roll out the risen dough into a rectangle; layer meats, cheeses, and optional veggies.
  7. Roll up tightly from one long edge; pinch ends to seal.
  8. Bake seam-side down on a parchment-lined sheet at 200°C (400°F) for 25–30 minutes until golden.
