  • 1 lb fresh skinless salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise (regular or vegan)
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray or parchment paper.
  2. 2. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, honey, Sriracha sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. 3. Place the salmon fillets in the baking dish and drizzle with olive oil. Spread half of the Bang Bang sauce over each fillet.
  4. 4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  5. 5. Remove from the oven and drizzle remaining sauce on top. Garnish with chopped green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
