  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Mash bananas until you have approximately 2 1/4 cups.

  3. In another bowl, cream butter with white and brown sugars until fluffy. Add cinnamon, eggs, vanilla, and mashed bananas; stir until blended.
  4. Combine the banana mixture with the dry ingredients gently to avoid overmixing.
  5. Pour batter into a greased baking pan.
  6. Set up the Instant Pot with a trivet and one cup of water; cover the pan with foil.
  7. Cook on manual for 50 minutes; perform a quick release when done.
  8. Let cool before serving.
