Creamy Seafood Stuffed Shells are a delightful dish that combines the flavors of the ocean with rich, creamy goodness.   • 20 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 cup fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Boil salted water and cook the pasta shells until al dente (about 8 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, minced garlic, shrimp, crab meat, salt, pepper, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
  3. Spoon the seafood mixture into each cooked shell and place them in a greased baking dish.
  4. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine heavy cream and lemon juice; stir until slightly thickened (about 5 minutes). Add the remaining Parmesan cheese until melted.
  5. Pour half of the sauce over the stuffed shells; drizzle with remaining sauce. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until bubbly.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
