  • 3 tablespoons vegan gelatin

Instructions

  1. Prepare your molds by placing silicone molds on a baking sheet or lining an 8×8-inch dish with wax paper.
  2. In a high-powered blender, blend the chopped fruits, vegetables, and apple juice until smooth. Adjust the apple juice as needed for consistency.
  3. Add raw honey and vanilla extract; blend until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a small saucepan and whisk in vegan gelatin over medium heat until dissolved.
  5. Fill your molds or dish with the mixture and refrigerate for at least two hours until set.
  6. Once firm, remove from molds or cut into pieces if using a baking dish.
