  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 2 eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and optional vanilla extract for the crust. Mix well and press into the prepared pan.
